Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Include all original accessories and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and seasonal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face Paints & Makeup (opened or used products)
- Advent Calendars (due to their time-sensitive nature)
- Commercial Christmas Decorations (if opened)
- Christmas Jumpers (if tags are removed or worn)
- Opened Activity & Story Books
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Any item that shows signs of use or wear
How to Return an Item
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to our address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item
- The refund will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Shipping Costs
